Job Objective:
Ensure that all ingredients, recipes, and products on the menu are ready and in optimal conditions to guarantee the correct functioning of the restaurant.

Main Functions:

• Prepare ingredients and mise en place according to established standards.

• Fulfill instructions from the Chef de Cuisine and Sucursal Manager.

• Apply the PEPS system for ingredient management and storage.

• Follow standardized recipes and weight tables.

• Wash and disinfect fruits and vegetables according to the Punto Limpio distinction.

• Comply with NOM-251 (Good practices of hygiene in foods).

• Support cooking, plate assembly, and sauce preparation.

• Maintain a clean, organized workspace with equipment in good condition.

• Participate in events, special services, and food production.

Requirements:

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Gastronomy (student or graduate).

• Experience: Minimum 1 year in kitchen, bar, or production.

• Schedule Availability.
