Waiter's Assistant

The position of waiter's assistant focuses on customer service within the restaurant sector. The selected person will be part of a team whose main objective is for those who visit the establishment to enjoy a pleasant experience. The tasks cover the entire dining room service, from the initial welcome to the end of the visit, in a dynamic environment that requires maintaining a constant pace, especially during peak hours. It is important to coordinate with the rest of the team, including the kitchen, so that the service functions effectively and meets quality standards. Dealing with the public is essential, so kindness, willingness to help, and the ability to resolve minor issues on the spot are required. It also includes tasks of preparation and organization of the space, such as getting the dining room ready before opening, maintaining order and cleanliness during service, and managing the necessary elements for the activity, thus contributing to a pleasant and functional atmosphere. The contract is temporary, for a specific shift and for a determined duration. The remuneration is 10.39 euros gross per hour worked. The schedule is in the afternoon, between 3:00 PM and 10:30 PM. There is a possibility of engaging the person for future collaborations depending on service needs and demonstrated performance.
