AS AN AWS TECHNICAL ARCHITECT, YOU WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO: • Ensure customer success in building and launching Amazon Connect solutions for NeuraFlash, Part of Accenture customers • Conduct technology assessment and audits to identify the need (from an ROI and Outcomes perspective) to move to CCaaS AWS Connect Platform, improving agent experience and productivity • Facilitate business process reviews to identify customer requirements and opportunities for improvement • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative solutions that drive business outcomes • Stay up-to-date with the latest Amazon Web Services (AWS) technologies and best practices to ensure NeuraFlash, Part of Accenture customers receive the highest level of service and support.
