AWS DE - Consultant

We are seeking experienced AWS Data Engineers to design, implement, and maintain robust data pipelines and analytics solutions using AWS services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AWS data services, big data technologies, SQL, and PySpark. Experience - 4 to 6 years Requirements Key Responsibilities: Creation and support of data pipelines built on AWS technologies including Glue, Redshift, EMR, Kinesis and Athena Participate in deep architectural discussions to build confidence in the design and implementation of data solutions Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives Develop and maintain technical documentation for data pipelines and analytics solutions Ensure compliance with security and governance policies and procedures Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues in data pipelines and analytics solutions Provide expert-level support for data engineers and other stakeholders on AWS data services and technologies Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field 4 to 6 years of experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining data pipelines and analytics solutions using AWS services Strong understanding of AWS data services including Glue, Redshift, EMR, Kinesis, Athena, and Lake Formation Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, and NoSQL databases Strong SQL skills and experience with PySpark Familiarity with cloud-based data warehousing and business intelligence tools Knowledge of security and governance policies and procedures for handling sensitive data Experience working in an Agile environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams Certifications: AWS Certified Data Engineer - Specialty or equivalent certifications are a plus
