Avvocato – Team Bancario (NPL, UTP, Esecuzioni Immobiliari)

e-work SpA, Milan office, is seeking on behalf of a prestigious Law Firm, an Avvocato – Team Bancario (NPL, UTP, Esecuzioni Immobiliari) with 1-2 years of experience in NPL/UTP, real estate executions and third-party work, to be inserted into the banking law team. The resource will be involved in managing and analyzing credit portfolios, drafting judicial acts and providing legal consulting support to credit institutions, servicers and corporate clients. Main activities: • Management of practices related to deteriorated credits (NPL/UTP) guaranteed and non-guaranteed. • Support for executive procedures and recovery of credits. • Drafting of acts, opinions and legal reports. • Interface with institutional clients, notaries and professionals in the sector. Requirements • Law degree and admission to the bar. • At least 1-2 years of experience in banking law, credit recovery or real estate executions. • Knowledge of regulations on mortgages, cadastral records and deteriorated credits (NPL/UTP). • Precision, analytical skills and management of complex practices. • Passion for technology and interest in AI Titles preferred • Experience in law firms with a focus on banking law, notarial or servicer financials. • Skills in due diligence documentation and executive procedures. • Use of EPC and studio management software like Easylex, Studio Legal Tipology of insertion Collaborative professional with VAT number with fixed compensation of 30-32K + end-of-year bonus tied to objectives and commensurate with the activity actually performed, in a structured and multidisciplinary context, with growth prospects within the team commensurate with the activity performed.
