Key Responsibilities : Supporting deal origination & execution by thorough research, analysis, taking ownership of creating deliverables, and related pitch documents. Preparing financial models and analytical support for merger & acquisitions advisory transactions. Co-ordination with client’s management and intermediaries on the transaction for various deliverables. Develop & build on business / industry knowledge for this purpose.
