As AVP, you will be responsible for leading the development of innovative software solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving technical excellence within the organization. Key responsibilities include: • Designing, developing, testing, and maintaining complex software applications • Collaborating with stakeholders to identify business requirements and develop technical solutions • Mentoring junior engineers and providing guidance on best practices • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies • Participating in code reviews and ensuring adherence to coding standards • Developing and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs • Providing technical expertise and support to other teams within the organization. The ideal candidate should have: • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field • At least 8 years of experience in software development with a focus on leading complex projects • Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, C++, and/or JavaScript • Experience with Agile methodologies and version control systems like Git • Excellent communication and leadership skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities • Certification in Scrum Master or equivalent is an advantage.
