AVP-Property Management

Role Overview: The Head of Property Management will lead the strategic, operational, and experiential management of commercial offices, shared services, managed offices spaces and F&B retail zones. This role is responsible for ensuring seamless transitions from construction to operations, delivering superior client experiences, driving operational excellence, and embedding ESG principles across the portfolio. Key Responsibilities: 1. Transition & Handover Management • Coordinate with construction teams to ensure a smooth handover of properties; 2. Property Operations • Oversee the day-to-day management of commercial offices, shared services, managed offices spaces and F&B retail zones; 3. Client Experience • Develop and implement strategies to deliver superior client experiences; 4. Operational Excellence • Drive operational excellence through process improvements, cost optimization, and quality control; 5. ESG Principles • Embed ESG principles across the portfolio by implementing sustainable practices, reducing environmental impact, and promoting social responsibility. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field; • Minimum 8 years of experience in property management, with a focus on commercial offices, shared services, managed offices spaces and F&B retail zones; • Proven track record of delivering superior client experiences, driving operational excellence, and embedding ESG principles across a portfolio.
