The Innovation Group is a key enabler of UOB's digital transformation journey. We are seeking an experienced and innovative leader to join our Project Management Office as an AVP. The successful candidate will lead a team of project managers, business analysts and technical specialists in delivering high-quality projects that drive business value. Key Responsibilities: * Lead the Project Management Office (PMO) in delivering high-quality projects that drive business value; * Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization; * Ensure effective project governance, risk management and issue resolution; * Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration and continuous learning within the PMO; * Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in project management. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related field; * At least 8 years of experience in project management, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget; * Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team; * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically; * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
