Role and Responsibilities:We are seeking an experienced AVP Human Resources to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and building a strong HR Operations Team, managing HRMS, and developing HR strategies, policies, and operations for the organization. Key responsibilities include:

• Building and leading a strong HR Operations Team
• Interacting frequently with the US Office
• Leading HR Operations for the organization
• Managing the HRMS and building dashboards and HR MIS
• Conducting HR data analytics and presenting findings to management

Candidate Qualifications:To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• MBA with 8 to 10 years of HR experience
• Prior experience interacting with US teams
• Background in the IT Software industry
• Hands-on experience with HRMS
• Proven HR leadership experience
