Key Responsibilities Support deal origination & execution in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sector through in-depth research, industry analysis, and preparation of client deliverables. Build and maintain financial models for M&A advisory transactions, including valuation, scenario analysis, and sensitivity testing. Coordinate with client management, legal advisors, and other intermediaries to ensure smooth transaction execution. Draft pitch materials, information memoranda, investor presentations, and other documents as required. Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors. Provide strategic advice on M&A transactions, capital raisings, and other corporate finance matters. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality client service. Identify and pursue new business opportunities that align with the firm's strategy and goals. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and market developments to maintain a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors.
