AVP, Finance & Performance Management (Renewables)

Sembcorp Industries Ltd in Singapore is seeking an Assistant Vice President for Finance & Business Performance Management. The role involves oversight of risk and business performance across Renewable Energy East, including managing financial and operational KPIs. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 15 years of experience in finance or risk management, particularly in the renewable energy sector. The position requires strong leadership in integrating financial and operational strategies to drive business growth and profitability. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and implementing financial and performance management strategies that align with business objectives; • Managing and controlling financial risks across Renewable Energy East; • Collaborating with senior leaders to develop and implement business plans and budgets; • Providing expert advice on financial and risk management matters to senior leadership; • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, lenders, and regulators. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, as well as strong leadership and interpersonal abilities.
