Job Description Assistant Vice President - Application Architect EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION Mandatory: Full Time B.E/B.Tech./M. Tech/M.E./MCA in Computer Science/Information Technology/ Electronics & Communication Preferable: Experience architecting, designing and managing banking platforms Roles and Responsibilities 1] Design and validate application architecture design and other technology architecture 2] Estimate design efforts, define detailed schedules, evaluate technologies, develop prototypes and test them to ensure they meet the requirements of the project 3] Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize technical debt and implement solutions to address it 4] Develop and maintain technical documentation for the application architecture 5] Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve the application architecture 6] Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior architects and developers 7] Participate in code reviews and ensure that the code is of high quality, follows best practices, and meets the requirements of the project 8] Work closely with the development team to resolve issues and implement changes to the application architecture 9] Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the bank's technology landscape and identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings 10] Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs 11] Ensure that all work is done in accordance with the bank's policies, procedures, and standards 12] Participate in the development of the technology roadmap and contribute to the definition of the technology strategy for the bank
