Associate Lawyer / Associate Lawyer at 100%

In order to complete its team, L’Etude & Fabbro is seeking an Associate Lawyer / Associate Lawyer at 100% to join its Lausanne office for a full-time position. The selected candidate will be required to work on a freelance basis with a minimum of 100 hours per month. The engagement duration is indefinite (with a trial period). Start date: as soon as possible or to be agreed upon. Associate Lawyer / Associate Lawyer at 100% Our areas of activity include, but are not limited to: • Real estate law and construction law, • Corporate law and M&A, • Intellectual property law, • Employment law, • Family law, • Succession law. Responsibilities: • Conduct legal research and provide advice to clients on a wide range of legal matters; • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and other legal documents; • Represent clients in court or before administrative bodies; • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues; • Stay up-to-date with changes in the law and regulations. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B. or equivalent); • Master's degree in Law (LL.M.) or a related field is an asset; • Admission to the Swiss Bar Association (ASA) or equivalent; • Minimum 3 years of experience as a lawyer; • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Fluency in French and English.
