Avionics Production Supervisor

Mō te tūnga | About the role This is an exciting opportunity to step into a key technical leadership position, overseeing avionics maintenance and airworthiness for the SH-2G(I) Seasprite helicopter fleet. You'll lead and develop a small team while ensuring aircraft remain safe, compliant, and ready to fly. In this role you will: * Supervise, plan, and coordinate Intermediate and Operational Level Maintenance for avionics systems. * Certify and quality-assure technical work to meet airworthiness requirements. * Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices. * Develop and implement maintenance procedures and checklists. * Collaborate with other teams to resolve issues and improve processes. * Provide guidance and training to team members. * Monitor and report on maintenance performance metrics.
