For our Avaloq Consulting team, we are looking for motivated and responsible new employees who want to use their Avaloq knowledge to best meet demanding customer requirements and drive the further development of our service offering.

Tasks

Your Role

• Consulting banks on the Avaloq banking system – from analysis and conception to implementation and integration of third-party systems.
• Taking responsibility in projects: sub-project management, parameterization, technical specifications, testing, and go-live support.
• Proactive entrepreneurial thinking: identifying opportunities with existing customers, participating in the expansion of key accounts and new service offerings. Building and developing a small consulting team; in the medium term, coaching and training junior colleagues ("Next Generation Asubium").

Qualifications

What you bring with you

• Completed university degree (ETH/Uni/FH) in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration/Finance, or related fields.
• Several years of professional experience in consulting or in the banking/finance sector, ideally in core banking or digital banking.
• In-depth Avaloq experience with certification and project practice.
• High degree of personal responsibility, enjoyment of working in small, effective teams, and a desire to actively drive things forward rather than just manage them.
• High motivation and interest in taking responsibility for team building, account management, and training junior colleagues. Good written and spoken German and English skills.
