Tasks

As System Coordinator and SME for the AVA software solution CaliforniaX, you will be the central link between departments and IT.

You will ensure that the system not only runs but is strategically operated, developed, and anchored in processes.

This means:

• Clear, stable system and process structures for CaliforniaX
• Optimized interfaces between technology, departments, and IT
• Transparent operational and governance decisions
• Sustainable system stability with simultaneous development space

Qualification

You bring ideally:

• Long-standing experience with CaliforniaX (AVA)
• Understanding of processes in the engineering or planning field
• Able to structure technical requirements analytically
• Tech-savviness in conjunction with IT structures
• Experience in systemic decision-making processes
• High self-responsibility and strategic thinking
• Communication strength between departments and IT
• Mother tongue German
