AV Service and Support Technician (M/F/D)

Starting as soon as possible, we are looking for motivated employees for a full-time position as Service and Support Technician for Media Technology / AV Systems (m/f/d).

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting of complete audiovisual systems (on-site & remote)
• Proactive maintenance and upkeep of media technology systems
• Monitoring of remote monitoring solutions and intervention via remote management when necessary
• Technical point of contact for service cases
• Performing system updates and firmware updates
• Creation of service reports
• Performing system analyses for problem identification
• Initiating and accompanying complaint processing with customers as well as suppliers/manufacturers
• Inspection, repair, and maintenance of AV systems
• Support with commissioning and modifications

Qualifications

• Experience in handling AV and conference systems
• Manual dexterity and a high awareness of quality
• Ideally, a completed technical apprenticeship or several years of experience as a system electronics technician, event technician, or comparable technical qualification
• Enthusiasm for technology and a desire to learn new things
• Driver's license class B (car)
• Conscientious work ethic, sense of responsibility, team spirit, and commitment
