Job description
An educational assistant is needed for a residence in Tiana, Barcelona. The selected person will accompany and support residents in their daily activities, fostering their autonomy and well-being. The work is developed in a collaborative environment that prioritizes personalized attention and social integration. Among the main functions are assisting with personal hygiene, participating in playful and recreational activities, and accompanying users of the occupational center. Collaboration in the development of individual care programs, recording and following established protocols, is also included. A service vocation, empathy, teamwork ability, previous experience with groups in situations of dependency or disability, and a proactive and responsible attitude are valued. The position is a temporary contract with possibilities of continuity, with rotating hours that include afternoons, nights, and weekends. The residence has modern facilities and a multidisciplinary team committed to the quality of life of the residents.
