Your main challenge

Ensure our customers have the best possible experience in our store

What you will do on a daily basis

• Customer Service and Triage: Receive customers, visitors, and suppliers, understanding each one's needs and directing them to the responsible department or person.
• Direction and Triage: Quickly understand what the customer is looking for and direct them to the appropriate salesperson or department, avoiding long waits.
• Sales Floor Support: Work in sync with the sales team to monitor store traffic, ensuring no customer is left unattended during peak times.

What we are looking for:

• High School Diploma
• Advantage: Previous experience with organization and inventory management
