Job Description:
- Assist and verify the functioning of machines, aiming to adapt equipment and final product to quality and volume standards required;
- Perform daily cleaning, organization, and conservation of sector equipment, ensuring perfect hygiene conditions in the area;
- Conduct constant cleaning of screens on Sieves, Safety Sieves, and Deslinterizers with the appropriate material described in the standard operating procedure;
- Assist in disassembling and assembling machines;
- Assist in unloading raw materials;
- Assist in demounting machinery;
- Assist and verify the functioning of motorized equipment, including beaters, press, ventilators, sieves, decorticating machines, deslinterizers, bale wrapper, and oil press, communicating verbally to the Operator any irregularities found in the equipment, aiming to ensure its perfect use and conservation;
- Examine and perform cleaning of return outlet from beaters, preventing clogging caused by moisture from seeds, aiming thus to ensure proper functioning of beaters and guarantee good process production flow;
- Assist in collecting samples according to local sampling plan;
