Sales and Customer Service Assistant

At CPI Regiomontana, we are dedicated to the commercialization and supply of materials for industry, such as pipes, fittings, valves, hardware products, and various solutions required by our clients.

We are looking for a committed, hardworking, and proactive person to support the sales team in customer service, quotation preparation, and sales opportunity follow-up.

• Respond to industrial client requests via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
• Assist in the preparation and sending of quotations.
• Provide constant follow-up on sent quotations.
• Maintain communication with clients to track the progress of each proposal.
• Source materials and suppliers according to client requirements.
• Compare prices, availability, and delivery times.
• Assist in calculating costs, sales prices, and profit margins.
• Request information, technical data sheets, and delivery times from suppliers.
• Maintain an organized record of quotations, pending items, and follow-ups.
• Work in coordination with those responsible for the sales department.
• Support the team in fulfilling clients' daily requests and needs.

• Monthly salary of $12,000 to $14,000, depending on experience and knowledge.
