General Services Assistant - Cleaning

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

• Perform cleaning, sanitization, and maintenance of utensils, furniture, machinery, and equipment in general, according to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOP);
• Check the materials cart, verifying products and utensils to be used in tasks;
• Perform terminal cleaning (after patient discharge), concurrent cleaning (in the patient's presence), according to bed needs;
• Clean reception areas, bathrooms, walls, floors, ceilings, trash cans, stairs, and others;
• Refill containers with hand sanitizer, soap, paper towels, toilet paper, marking the replenishment date, expiration date, and the responsible person;
• Perform cleaning of the dirty utility room, leaving the environment clean, organized, and sanitized;
• Execute the treatment, selection, and disposal of waste materials from their workplace;
• Know, administer, and make proper use of cleaning products, following SOPs;
• Control inventory and inform supervisors of the need for replenishment;
• Organize cleaning materials, facilitating the control and storage of items;
• Take care of work materials, ensuring their preservation;
• Comply with norms, procedures, or work instructions, according to their area of activity, established by the company or current legislation.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Mandatory:
• Experience in the role;
• Incomplete high school education.
