Main responsibilities

• Verify vacancies through personnel requisitions.
• Request and validate job profiles with internal clients or Human Capital.
• Post vacancies on different recruitment sources.
• Consult job portals and filter resumes according to the required profiles.
• Schedule and conduct interviews with candidates.
• Provide information and attention to individuals interested in vacancies.
• Evaluate candidates through psychometric and theoretical or technical tests, depending on the position.
• Select candidates to fill vacancies.
• Follow up on the hiring process and candidate attendance at training courses.
• Contribute to the improvement of hiring times.
• Prepare weekly reports of activities and results.
• Generate indicators for vacancies, coverage, turnover, recruitment sources, and process tracking.
• Participate in job fairs, exchange meetings, and branch visits.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
• Two years of experience in a similar position.
• Intermediate Excel skills.
• Knowledge of competency-based interviews.
• Proficiency in recruitment sources and strategies.
• Knowledge of selection filters.
• Application and interpretation of psychometric batteries.
