Description
Carry out the activities of preparing rooms for courses and events, as well as managing the inventory of materials and supplies necessary to provide quality spaces for employee learning.
Responsibilities
• Ensure that the different instructors and participants have furniture in optimal cleanliness and arrangement conditions in order to contribute to generating a good experience regarding the training provided.
• Carry out the activities of preparing rooms and auditorium for training events in order to provide support for the fulfillment of training plans.
• Administer and update the inventory of cleaning materials and pantry periodically with the purpose of maintaining resources in time and in adequate quantity.
• Prepare snacks and ensure coffee service for training course participants attending their rooms or the auditorium, in order to provide a service to employees.
