We are looking for Service Runners with energy, positive attitude, and commitment, who will directly support the team of waiters to ensure a fluid and memorable experience for our guests.

Provide operational support to the service area, ensuring the correct delivery of dishes and beverages, maintaining presentation, times, and quality standards typical of fine dining.

• Support the waiter in delivering dishes and beverages on time.

• Maintain constant coordination between the kitchen and service area.

• Verify the presentation, temperature, and arrangement of dishes.

• Restock utensils, glassware, and tableware during service.

• Ensure tables are correctly set and presented.

• Support in cleaning, ordering, and arranging the dining area.

• Collaborate on special events and support the team as needed.

• Minimum experience of 1 year as a runner, waiter's assistant, or customer service representative
  (preferably in high-end restaurants or fine dining establishments).

• Excellent personal presentation.

• Availability of schedule.

• Ability to work under pressure and during peak hours.
