Maintenance Assistant
Job description
• Perform corrective and preventive maintenance activities, based on checklists of:
refrigeration machines, air conditioning equipment, telephone equipment, collective antenna,
TV and radio tuning etc.
• Carry out daily Preventive Maintenance Plan.
• Replace light bulbs, reactors, outlets and other items.
• Inspect parking and garage areas. Perform repairs and maintenance as needed.
• Conduct all procedures in the area, complying with Autocontrol processes.
• Verify daily the functioning state of pumps, ensuring hot and cold water supply 24/7, and perform hydraulic-related item repairs (basins, faucets etc.).
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace and equipment.
• Perform cleaning and painting of technical areas.
• Organize documents from third-party companies.
• Carry out open Service Orders (SOs) in the system.
