Capture information on collections, deliveries, and transfers.
Record arrival, departure, and delivery times on reports.
Receive POD, photos, and evidence from the carrier and keep them correctly.
Support the Coordinator in the preparation of tracking reports.
Send operational documentation to accounting when requested.
Keep each service's file updated.
Support communication with carriers to confirm arrivals or departures.
Check that the documentation is complete before integrating it into the file.
