Linens Assistant

About the opportunity:

We are looking for a Linens Assistant to work in the control, organization, and movement of textile pieces, ensuring stock accuracy, standardization of kits, and efficient supply to the areas.

Responsibilities:

• Receive linens from the manufacturing (including truck unloading)
• Check quantities according to the manifest and shipping notes
• Identify and record discrepancies (shortages, excesses, or damages)
• Perform manual counting and/or counting via system
• Organize and control the linen stock
• Assemble kits according to the unit's established standard
• Separate and distribute linens to the requesting departments
• Record entries and exits in the system or control spreadsheets
• Support in preparing orders and deliveries
• Perform periodic inventories and support the elaboration of stock controls
• Ensure the organization and preservation of the storage space

Requirements:

• High school diploma
• Experience with stock, logistics, or linens will be considered a differential

Work Schedule

Mon to Thu 07:00 to 17:00 and Fri 07:00 to 16:00
