Nursing Assistant

We are looking for a person to join as a caregiver or nursing assistant in a residential center. The treatment of residents is close and humane, accompanying them in their day-to-day life with affection and respect. The main mission is to attend to their basic needs, promote their autonomy, and ensure their emotional and physical well-being. Daily tasks include assisting with hygiene and position changes, serving meals and supervising feeding, ensuring correct hydration, administering oral medication indicated by nursing, and keeping rooms tidy. Collaboration is also provided in transfers to therapies and activities, and in the tutoring of interns. An indefinite full-time contract is offered, with rotating shifts. The work environment is based on mutual respect and support, with continuous training and conditions that favor work-life balance. Training in auxiliary nursing care, dependency care, or similar is required, and previous experience and complementary courses are valued.
