Job description
- Execute support activities in the kitchen, prepare food according to the required food safety standards:
- Assist and execute food preparation (mise-en-place) by washing, sanitizing, cutting, and allocating food items to their respective containers, making them ready for cooking dishes from the menu, buffet, banquets, restaurant, etc.
- Apply relevant food safety practices in the area; • Assist in replenishing buffet items;
- Maintain and care for the refection room's setup, replacement, and cleaning;
- Execute Steward functions when necessary.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Perform other related tasks as needed according to the area's requirements.
