CCO Assistant - Affirmative Vacancy for PcD

EPR Litoral Pioneiro, a highway concessionaire, is looking for a CCO Assistant to act directly in user service support, contributing to the efficiency of operations and the safety of the highways under concession. They will be responsible for managing communication between the various stakeholders involved in highway operations, ensuring agility and accuracy in service.

Responsibilities and duties

• Act in telephone customer service, responding to general requests for information, notifications, and support requests.
• Keep the operation's communication system updated regarding the location of vehicles on the highway, according to information received from highway system operators.
• Contact various responsible agencies for the attendance of occurrences identified on the highway, speeding up user service operations.
• Keep the Communication area updated on extraordinary events and traffic conditions on the highway.
• Ensure efficient and integrated service, contributing to the safety and satisfaction of highway users.

Requirements and qualifications

• Completed High School

Desirable requirements

• Desirable previous experience in customer service, call center, or related areas.
