Assistant sought for home help service in Palma. The job consists of ensuring the well-being of users, assisting them with basic daily life activities. Their maximum autonomy, physical and cognitive activity, as well as self-esteem and social relationships are promoted. Tasks include personal hygiene, help with dressing and eating, and supervision during mobilization within the home. Collaboration in medication administration following medical prescription and managing medical appointments by phone when necessary is also included. In the case of minors with disabilities, their care at home is attended to, and they are accompanied to school or activity centers. A temporary contract with the possibility of becoming permanent is offered. The workday can be from 80% to 100%, with fixed shifts in the morning (from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.) or afternoon (from 3 p.m. to 10 p.m.). Professional training in socio-sanitary care or similar, own vehicle, and driving license are required. Previous experience and complementary training in gerontology or food handling are valued.
