Job description
Join our team as a Public Areas Assistant at Susurros del Corazón in Punta de Mita, Mexico, reporting to the Public Areas Supervisor. You will be responsible for elevating the brand of Susurros del Corazón through the lens of our guests' experiences, taking care of the image and cleanliness in each of our public areas within the resort, ensuring the perfect state of these areas by maximizing all opportunities and resources, meeting the highest service standards, and ensuring that our guests' experience exceeds their expectations.
- Display an excellent attitude at all times towards all team members
- Attend daily rallies to stay informed about our day-to-day operations
- Perform tasks established according to assigned area, using methods and products established in the property
- Support your supervisors with any task assigned to them
