Public Areas Assistant

Job Description As a Public Areas Assistant, you will be responsible for the cleaning and maintenance of common areas (terraces, windows, floors, furniture, carpets, and general activities), performing your work quickly and efficiently, meeting quality standards. Keeping all public areas in an orderly and clean state. The Public Areas Assistant promotes a positive image of the property for guests and must be pleasant, honest, amiable, and discreet. You will be required to work in a team, communicate effectively, and maintain a high level of professionalism. You will also be responsible for reporting any incidents or issues to the supervisor. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, be able to lift up to 25 pounds, and have a valid driver's license. You will be required to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. The Public Areas Assistant will be responsible for the following tasks: cleaning and disinfecting surfaces, sweeping and mopping floors, emptying trash and recycling bins, and performing other tasks as assigned. You will also be required to maintain a clean and organized workspace, and to follow all safety and security protocols. The Public Areas Assistant will be expected to maintain a positive attitude, be punctual, and be able to work independently. You will be required to pass a background check and provide proof of insurance for your vehicle.
