Warehouse Assistant
Job description
To perform manual separation of materials according to received requests through emails and conduct them, using appropriate pallets or carts, to the storage area where they will be sent to various internal departments of the company, in accordance with established demands.
To separate materials to be used in production lines, requested through manual requisitions, consulting via system the location of such materials, in order to manually separate and forward them to requesting suppliers.
To assist in physical inventory services, performing according to information obtained from the system, verification of quantities and types of materials/parts existing, contributing to ensure efficient stock control.
To assist in general services at the warehouse, such as: load confirmation; identification and addressing, storage and organization of stocks; separation and service of production lines and spare parts supermarkets, reprocessing of materials, support in issuing invoices, among others, observing established norms and procedures, to ensure supply according to existing demands.
To perform other related activities.
