Accounting Assistant

A Mexican company offering high-quality natural products for personal care to different sectors is looking for an Accountant with solid technical knowledge, high level of organization, attention to detail, and focus on continuous improvement.

MAIN FUNCTIONS:

• Register accounting operations in Microsoft Dynamics.
• Reconcile bank accounts, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
• Record policies, calculate provisional taxes of ISR, IEPS, monthly, quarterly, and annual taxes for individuals and corporations.
• Coordinate with other areas such as sales and logistics to ensure proper accounting integration.
• Ensure correct application of national and international accounting standards as applicable.

Requirements

REQUIREMENTS:

• Education level: Bachelor's degree in Public Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Experience: minimum 3 years in accounting.
• Experience preferably in direct sales or multi-level companies
• Intermediate to advanced English (desirable).

KNOWLEDGE IN:

• Fiscal and accounting standards (NIIF, IFRS, US GAAP).
• Experience in bank reconciliations, taxes, and financial auditing.
• Mastery of Excel and management of Microsoft Dynamics.
