Accounting Assistant in Aguascalientes

Company in the LP Gas sector is looking for an Accounting Assistant

REQUIREMENTS:

• Education Level: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years in similar positions
• Place of residence: Aguascalientes

KNOWLEDGE IN:

• Accounting, tax and financial reporting areas.
• Software related to accounting such as Contpaq, EXCEL
• Handling of NIF, CFDI, tax returns and SAT platforms.

MAIN FUNCTIONS:

• Register daily accounting operations in accordance with the NIF and internal policies.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
• Control and reconcile bank accounts, accounts receivable and payable.
• Ensure the correct handling of electronic invoicing (CFDI) in accordance with SAT guidelines.
• Prepare monthly and annual tax returns (VAT, ISR, IEPS, DIOT, withholdings, etc.).
• Collaborate with internal and external audits, providing information and support.
• Assist in the preparation and control of the annual budget.
