We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Payroll Administrative Assistant to support the payroll team of a U.S.-based company.

This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in administrative support, data entry, HR, accounting, payroll support, document review, or reconciliation who wants to continue developing their career in an international environment.

You do not need to be a payroll expert. The role is focused primarily on administrative support, data accuracy, employee follow-up, and information review, and training will be provided on the company’s specific processes.

What You’ll Do

  • Review and validate employee and payroll-related information
  • Support data entry and maintenance of administrative records
  • Identify missing, incorrect, or inconsistent information
  • Assist with attendance, timekeeping, and payroll-related reports
  • Follow up with employees and supervisors to clarify information
  • Support reconciliations and corrections when discrepancies are identified
  • Maintain organized and confidential employee documentation
  • Prepare and update reports using Excel and Microsoft Office
  • Provide administrative support to the U.S.-based payroll team
  • Respond professionally to employee questions and requests

What We’re Looking For

  • Advanced English communication skills
  • At least 2 years of experience in administrative support, HR, accounting, payroll support, auditing, reconciliation, or high-volume data entry
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience reviewing, entering, or validating information
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Office
  • Strong organization and follow-up skills
  • Professional communication and customer service mindset
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Willingness to learn new systems and payroll processes

What We Offer

  • All benefits required by Mexican law
  • Official Mexican holidays
  • Permanent employment contract
  • Paid training
  • Free nutritional and psychological support
  • Financial support for courses, diploma programs, books, and professional certifications
  • Corporate partnerships and employee discounts
  • Permanent, on-site opportunity at Intermall in Torreón

If you enjoy working with information, keeping things organized, identifying details others may miss, and want to grow within an international administrative environment, we’d love to hear from you.
