Missions Your mission, as a Home Care Assistant (HCA), you are a true life partner for the people you support. Specifically, you will be responsible for: - Assisting people with disabilities or the elderly with daily living activities: getting up, going to bed, hygiene, mobility, meals, shopping, moral support
- Adapting your communication, pace, and actions according to the unique needs of each beneficiary, while respecting their dignity and privacy.
- Being attentive to the expectations of the person and their loved ones, and contributing to their well-being and autonomy.
- Embodying our purpose daily: "Knowing how to be there," with listening, respect, and kindness. Profile Sought You have 3 years of experience or are a graduate in the medico-social sector.
