Your mission, as a caregiver (ADV) on an apprenticeship or professionalization contract, you are a true life partner for the people you support. Specifically, you will be responsible for, in pairs: - Accompanying people with disabilities or the elderly in daily life activities: getting up, going to bed, hygiene, mobility, meals, shopping, moral support - Adapting your communication, your pace, and your gestures according to the unique needs of each beneficiary, while respecting their dignity and privacy. - Being attentive to the expectations of the person and their loved ones, and contributing to their well-being and autonomy. - Embodying our reason for being on a daily basis: 'Knowing how to be there,' with listening, respect, and kindness. Profile sought Even without experience or a diploma, we will guide you step by step in your career change towards a human and meaningful profession. We are looking for individuals capable of: - Showing empathy, patience, and respect - Being a good listener and knowing how to adapt to unforeseen situations - Being reliable, punctual, and responsible We are looking for a caregiver to work in La Norville and possibly neighboring towns. Contract and schedule according to availability. Diploma-granting training provided by us.
