Activity rate between 50% and 80%Our Medical-Social Centers (CMS) offer high-quality multidisciplinary services to the Lausanne population, and their interventions are based on values of humanity and equity.By joining the Soins Lausanne Foundation, you will engage concretely in favor of health and well-being in the canton of Vaud, within expert, motivated, and enthusiastic teams, in a varied and rich activity with human contacts.On site, you will intervene in various settings, including hospitals, clinics, and community centers, to provide support and care to patients, families, and communities, while respecting their autonomy and dignity.Your tasks may include:• Providing emotional support and counseling to patients and families;• Assisting healthcare professionals with patient care and treatment planning;• Participating in multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans;• Collaborating with community organizations and social services to provide comprehensive care;• Maintaining accurate records and reporting on patient outcomes;• Participating in training and professional development activities to stay up-to-date with best practices and new technologies.Your skills and qualifications:• Diploma or degree in a relevant field (nursing, psychology, social work, etc.);• 2-3 years of experience in healthcare or social services;• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;• Ability to work independently and as part of a team;• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment;• Knowledge of the canton of Vaud's healthcare system and regulations;• Proficiency in French (spoken and written);• Basic knowledge of English (spoken).
