Healthcare Assistant in CDI between 80-100%

The Saphir Foundation, a multi-mission and multi-site foundation (psychogeriatrics, gerontology, adult psychiatry), is active in the medical-social field in the canton of Vaud and in welcoming and accompanying vulnerable individuals in their physical and psychological integrity throughout their life process. In order to complete our support teams, we are looking for several of our establishments, the following profile: Healthcare Assistant (F/H/D) in CDI between 80-100% Whatever the reason, we welcome applications from candidates who are motivated by a desire to work with people and who have a sense of responsibility towards others. The ideal candidate will be able to provide support and assistance to patients in their daily lives, as well as participate in various activities and tasks within the framework of our establishments. This includes, but is not limited to: - Assisting patients with personal care, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming; - Helping patients with mobility issues, such as walking or using a wheelchair; - Providing emotional support and companionship to patients; - Participating in various activities and tasks within the framework of our establishments, such as meal preparation, housekeeping, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a sense of responsibility towards others.
