Home care? 70% Within the framework of a long-term mission within a home care service, we are looking for a motivated and committed Red Cross Switzerland Healthcare Assistant, ready to join a dynamic team dedicated to the well-being of patients at home. Responsibilities - Ensure basic and hygiene care according to individual patient needs at home. - Promote home care by supporting autonomy and quality of life. - Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team in respect of care plans. - Observe, report, and transmit any useful information for patient care. - Actively participate in the smooth running of rounds and organization of care. Profile - Red Cross Switzerland Healthcare Assistant certificate or equivalent recognized in Switzerland. - Experience in home care desired (an asset). - Be vehicle-able and have a valid driving license. - Autonomy, reliability, sense of responsibility, and good interpersonal skills.
