You appreciate working at home, are autonomous, reliable, and have excellent sense of organization and communication skills. You are also able to work in a team and have a strong sense of responsibility. Tasks and responsibilities: - Provide care and support to patients in their homes, - Assist with daily living activities, - Help with medication management, - Provide emotional support and companionship, - Collaborate with healthcare professionals, - Respect patient confidentiality and autonomy. Requirements: - Nursing Assistant diploma or equivalent, - 1-2 years of experience in home care, - Ability to work independently and as part of a team, - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, - Ability to adapt to changing situations, - Respect for patient confidentiality and autonomy.
