- Demonstrate relational skills to establish a trusting relationship with children and families
- Ensure essential care while respecting individual rhythms of children
- Participate in the elaboration of educational activities and awakening adapted to different age ranges
- Collaborate efficiently with the team and contribute to a secure and stimulating environment
- State diploma in childcare required for this accompanying position alongside children
