Job description
Planificar, coordinar and monitor the movement of cargo and vehicles to maximize operational efficiency and ensure customer satisfaction through punctual deliveries. Responsibilities Match shipment requests with available drivers and units based on their capacity and location. Tracking routes Track units using GPS systems and transportation management software to inform status and resolve delays. Serve as a direct liaison with drivers and other stakeholders to facilitate communication and resolve issues.
