Responsibilities:

• Prepare and organize field testing activities for autonomous driving and teleoperation systems

• Prepare the necessary material for carrying out test activities

• Set up vehicles and remote control stations for autonomous driving and teleoperation tests

• Configure radio communication systems and verify signal coverage

• Verify the correct operation of safety systems, sensors, robotization kits, and autonomous driving subsystems

• Calibrate sensors used for ADAS and autonomous driving systems

• Support the safe execution of test activities

• Collect data and document the activities performed

• Write bug reports and document issues encountered to support the software release cycle

• Support vehicle robotization activities and verify the correct operation of installed systems

• Interface with the workshop for vehicle preparation and maintenance activities

• Define test cases for verifying requirements and analyzing the performance of different autonomous driving modules

Requirements:

• Technical diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, Automation, Mechatronics, or related disciplines

• Previous experience in defining test procedures and writing test reports in the automotive field

• Knowledge of the "V-Cycle" development model

• Good knowledge of the English language

• Good familiarity with Linux and Windows operating systems and the Office suite

• Basic knowledge of CAN Bus and Ethernet networks

• Experience in using laboratory instruments such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and bench power supplies;

• Experience in using tools such as CANalyzer and PCAN

• Excellent teamwork and problem-solving skills

• Driving license B

• Availability for travel in Italy and abroad.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of ROS (Robot Operating System)

• Familiarity with Git and GitLab

• Experience using Wireshark or other Ethernet traffic monitoring tools

• 3D design and printing skills

• Interest in robotics, autonomous vehicles, and innovative technologies

• Aptitude for technological innovation and continuous improvement

What we offer

The salary package for this role ranges between €24,000 – €33,000 and will be evaluated based on professional experience, acquired skills, and results emerging during the selection process.

The position involves integration with the CCNL Terziario, Distribuzione e Servizi (National Collective Labor Agreement for Tertiary Sector, Distribution, and Services).
