Job description
TECOSIM accompanies leading automotive manufacturers and suppliers throughout the entire vehicle development process. To strengthen our engineering teams, we are looking for individuals with experience in Automotive Testing, Validation, Verification, or Quality Engineering.
Whether you have already worked in component testing, system validation, test planning, design verification, or full vehicle validation - we look forward to getting to know you.
You face challenges such as
the planning, coordination, and execution of test and validation activities for vehicle systems and components
the creation, review, and maintenance of test plans and Design Verification Plans (DVP)
the definition of test procedures, test specifications, and acceptance criteria
the evaluation of test results, documentation of findings, and creation of technical reports
the support of prototype construction, component testing, and vehicle validation campaigns
the investigation of errors, execution of root cause analyses, and coordination of corrective actions
close collaboration with the departments of design, systems engineering, CAE, testing, and production
the tracking of validation status and support of engineering releases
ensuring compliance with customer specifications, quality requirements, and relevant automotive standards
You impress us with
a completed degree in automotive engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a comparable technical field
practical experience in one or more of the following areas:
Automotive Testing and Test Engineering
Component testing and system validation
Verification & Validation Engineering
Test planning and test execution
Vehicle validation and prototype testing
Quality Engineering and technical problem-solving
knowledge in the creation and application of test plans, Design Verification Plans (DVP), or comparable verification and validation methods
experience with automotive development processes
knowledge of FMEA, APQP, and quality management systems
experience in working with OEMs or Tier-1 suppliers
understanding of prototype construction, production validations, or vehicle launch activities
an analytical mindset, a structured approach to work, and strong communication skills
good English skills; German skills are an advantage
