Job Role: Motion Planning Autonomy Test Specialist Job Type: Full Time Role Overview We are looking for a Motion Planning Autonomy Test Specialist with strong ADAS and autonomous driving experience to support vehicle-level testing and validation of motion planning features. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with autonomy systems, simulation environments, and vehicle testing, along with a solid understanding of vehicle dynamics and ADAS functionalities. Responsibilities • You will be responsible for developing and executing test plans and procedures for the validation of motion planning features in autonomous vehicles. • You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that test plans are aligned with project requirements and timelines. • You will analyze and interpret test results, identifying areas for improvement and providing recommendations for future testing. • You will collaborate with other engineers and stakeholders to develop and maintain test procedures and standards. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, computer science or related field. • 3+ years of experience in the automotive industry, preferably in ADAS or autonomous driving. • Strong understanding of vehicle dynamics, motion planning, and ADAS functionalities. • Experience with simulation environments and vehicle testing. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
